                   A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE AWARD OF 
                   CONTRACT NO. S-1-90, WIDENING OF WILCOX 
                   BOULEVARD AT HOLTZCLAW AVENUE, TO RIVERBEND 
                   CONSTRUCTION CORPORATION FOR THEIR LOW BID 
                   IN THE AMOUNT OF ONE HUNDRED THIRTY-FOUR 
                   THOUSAND TWO HUNDRED TEN AND 66/100 DOLLARS

       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF 
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That the award of Contract No. S-1-90, 
       widening of Wilcox Boulevard at Holtzclaw Avenue, to Riverbend 
       Construction Corporation for their low bid in the amount of 
       $134,210.66 be and is hereby authorized.
